My husband and I closed on our home today with perfect deed homes. What a wonderful experience on a beautiful home. I would give 10 stars if I could. our home has all the amenities we could imagine. Thanks again for an awesome, smooth process. So 10/10 we recommend.

We unexpectedly showed up at a model home built by these guys because we had another viewing cancel… so we figured why not. And we are so happy we did! From day one, Bradley and his team were attentive to detail, communicative, and just warm. Bradley shared all of the features of the model, why it was done that way, and how it benefitted us. We fell in love and are so excited to be moving into a high-quality new build. On top of the amazing quality and infinite features of the house, the Perfect Deed Homes team was stellar. I could reach them any day of the week with questions and they responded quickly and thoroughly every time. A bonus: we had some additions made to the kitchen that weren’t going to be done until post close… only to be surprised on closing day and see the work was already done! With the quality of the house and the service… I’d recommend buying with Perfect Deed Homes to anyone. They are a team you can rely on to get the job done and get you into your dream home!

From the moment my wife and I walked into the model it felt like home. And what's amazing is that the upgrades that are in the model will be in your home! Everything you see in the model you get! There might be one or two small upgrades, but they are insignificant. Bradley and the entire crew at Perfect Deed Homes made our experience outstanding and memorable. I have told friends and family and anyone within earshot, if you want a great home in central Florida and you want the best value and the best construction and an absolutely gorgeous home for an incredible price you have to see Bradley and the folks at Perfect Deed Homes!

Please don't buy a house from these people very poor quality they have people installing the work that don't even have a license or know what they're doing my suggestion is to look somewhere else for a house these are just slapped together crackerbox houses do not trust the plumbing in these houses everything underground is not packed and there are cpbc joints underground glued which is against code

Bradley and his whole team are the best. Very nice, responsive, organized, and professional. They really do strive to build you the PERFECT home and If something isn’t right, they go above and beyond to fix it. Thank you for making this first time building experience so smooth and enjoyable!
